RollerskatingBrisbane.com.au runs rollerblading and rollerskating lessons / tours along the Brisbane River! These are available on Fridays after work (and sometimes late Saturday afternoons) leaving from Portside, Newstead or New Farm Riverwalk and take in the scenery of the Brisbane River foreshore.

In order to take a tour you MUST already be an EXPERIENCED OUTDOOR skater who is able to turn and stop very comfortably on steeper hills. If you can't please consider a lesson instead. Tour includes images | videos and we are sure you will love seeing the Brisbane on-skates with your experienced instructor | guide. Note that we reserve the right to substitute the tour with a lesson if it is deemed that either the weather is not suitable or your ability to stop safely on hills is 'in question'. As with our lessons - helmets are compulsory for all participants. NB: Lessons are often just as much fun since our riverside locations are close to the Brisbane River where we can also teach you fitness skate-to-ski skills or slalom skating.
